Circle Program is seeking a full-time, year-round Assistant Director of Programs & Camps to join our program leadership team.

This is a hands-on youth development position that brings together girls ages 9 – 18 who have been impacted by adverse childhood experiences and are building resilience through supportive relationships and opportunities that include— year-round programming, mentoring, community service, leadership development, and residential summer camp.

We are seeking a dynamic team leader who is passionate about empowering girls to discover their strengths, build resilience, and reach their potential. The ideal candidate will help lead Circle Program's newly developed character education curriculum, deliver impactful school year and summer camp programming, and cultivate meaningful relationships with youth, families, and community partners. They will bring compassion, creativity, and flexibility to their work and excel in a close-knit team environment focused on supporting girls who have experienced adversity and helping them thrive.

If you want to help New Hampshire youth build relationships, develop character, discover their strengths, and grow into confident young leaders, we'd love to hear from you.
