Circle Program Appoints Four New Members to Board of Directors

PLYMOUTH, N.H. — Circle Program is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors: Tara Stewart, Michelle Thompson, Tiffany Snow, and Pam Ouellette. Each brings a unique combination of professional expertise, community leadership, and personal commitment to supporting opportunities for girls across New Hampshire.

When people think about Circle Program, they often focus on the girls and young women served through mentoring relationships, leadership development, and life-changing experiences. Behind that work is a dedicated Board of Directors that helps guide the organization's future, provides financial oversight, strengthens community connections, and ensures long-term sustainability.

"A strong board is vital to the health and future of any nonprofit," said Beth Dever, Executive Director of Circle Program. "Our board members serve as ambassadors for our mission, strategic partners, advocates, and stewards of the organization. They bring valuable experience, ask thoughtful questions, help build important relationships, and challenge us to think about not only where Circle is today, but where we want to be tomorrow. We are thrilled to welcome Tara, Michelle, Tiffany, and Pam to the Circle family."

Stewart, who lives in Waterville Valley, is the founder and CEO of Alpine Holiday Markets, LLC, and creator of Alpine Advent, a European-inspired Christmas market launched in New Hampshire in 2025. She brings more than two decades of international business development experience, including leadership roles with Thomson Reuters and Keyware Technologies. A longtime advocate for mentorship and opportunity, Stewart said Circle's mission resonates with her own experiences benefiting from mentors who helped shape her educational and professional journey.

Daigneault, a Holderness resident and mother of two, has built her professional and personal life around helping people and supporting families as they navigate challenges and important life decisions. As a Survivor of Suicide Loss speaker and volunteer leader with NAMI New Hampshire, she works to reduce stigma and foster understanding and connection. Daigneault was drawn to Circle Program because of her belief that every child deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and included.

Snow, a resident of Concord, serves as Senior Vice President in Wealth Management with The Ruedig Group at UBS Financial Services. With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, she specializes in helping individuals and families navigate complex financial decisions through comprehensive wealth planning. Her previous service on the Concord YMCA Board of Directors and volunteer work mentoring military veterans through American Corporate Partners reflect her commitment to helping others build successful futures.

Ouellette, who resides in Belmont, currently serves as Chief Human Resource Officer for Lakes Region Mental Health Center and brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries. Motivated by her family's experiences and the importance of having a strong support system, she was drawn to Circle Program's mission of helping girls build confidence, form meaningful connections, and recognize their own potential.

Circle Program's Board of Directors plays an essential role in supporting the organization's mission through governance, fiduciary oversight, fundraising, and strategic planning. The addition of these four new members further strengthens the board's ability to support girls throughout New Hampshire and expand opportunities for future generations.
