PLYMOUTH, NH - Circle Program is thrilled to announce that Executive Director Beth Dever and Circle Program were honored at the Women Building Community Luncheon hosted by the New Hampshire Women’s Foundation on November 14th in Manchester. This annual event celebrates leaders and organizations that advance opportunities for women and girls across the state, and Circle Program was proud to be recognized alongside Beth among such inspiring changemakers.
The New Hampshire Women’s Foundation invests in opportunity and equality for women and girls across the Granite State through research, advocacy, education, grantmaking, and philanthropy. Since its founding, the Foundation has published flagship reports such as The Status of Girls in New Hampshire and The Status of Women in New Hampshire, provides nonpartisan leadership training programs like Women Run!, supports community grants that build capacity and challenge systemic barriers, and advocates for public policies that promote equity.
Beth brings 30 years of nonprofit and education experience to Circle Program, having served in executive and senior leadership roles for youth and family-serving organizations in New Hampshire and Washington, D.C. Under Beth’s leadership, Circle Program has strengthened its mission to empower economically and socially disadvantaged girls throughout New Hampshire. The program combines residential summer camp experiences with year-round one-to-one mentoring, helping girls build confidence, leadership skills, and resilience during critical stages of their lives all at zero cost to the participants. Each year, Circle serves participants from rural communities, providing stability, lifelong friendships, and opportunities that foster emotional, physical, and social growth.
“I am deeply honored to receive this recognition,” said Beth. “It reflects the incredible work of our team and the mentors who dedicate themselves to helping girls discover their strength and potential. At Circle, we believe every girl deserves the chance to thrive, and this honor reinforces the importance of that mission.”
Since 1993, Circle Program has been dedicated to empowering girls and young women in
New Hampshire. Through a unique combination of one-on-one mentoring, summer camp,
and enrichment programs, Circle Program helps girls build self-esteem, create a sense of
belonging and enrich their lives. The organization is committed to providing every girl with
the tools and support she needs to reach her full potential. For more information, please
