January is National Mentoring Month, celebrating the benefits of quality youth mentoring across the country. The Circle Program staff and board would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the mentors of the Circle Program. Our mentors volunteer their time to be someone who matters to someone who matters. The connections they make are impactful and long-lasting. According to the National Mentoring Partnership, “at its most basic level, mentoring is successful because it guarantees a young person that there is an adult who cares about them and that they are not alone in dealing with day-to-day challenges.” Thank you to all of you who care about and support our Circle girls! You are truly the “heart” of our program.
