in the country, the National Mentoring Partnership’s
website is packed with good information.
Check out “Be a Better Mentor”
for an online training course, an “Ask
the Expert” section, and a list of
suggested activities to do with your girl.

for some great links to information on the
effectiveness of mentoring.

This is a grassroots organization that
provides lots of good information including
a quarterly newsletter called MentorGirl
Voice (“a free online newsletter celebrating
the many faces of mentors, role models,
and our youth who need them”) as well
as a recommended reading list.

An initiative of the Harvard Mentoring
Project, this site features celebrities
talking about their mentors. It also tracks
current news stories about mentoring.
